I love food: beautiful food, healthy food, clean food.

I’m certainly not a gourmet chef, and I don’t really care about the difference between bâtonneting & chiffonading — but when people step into my kitchen, they know they’re going to be filled up with dark leafy greens, even darker chocolate, and lots of love.

Here are a few of my stand-by recipes. (I’m proud to say: they’ve been given a double ‘thumbs up’ from my two teenage sons.)
