1 head of romaine lettuce
1-2 lemons, peeled
4-5 kale leaves
1 handful of spinach
2 stalks celery
1 pear (or green apple), cored and seeded
1-inch slice ginger root, peeled
Optional add ins:
1 lime, peeled (in place of the lemon)
1 apple in place of pear
Handful of mint leaves
Handful of parsley
1-inch slice turmeric, peeled
Place all ingredients in a juicer, and then sip & savor your green goodness.
